I liked the superior double room with a mini bar, central heating, and multi-channel television. The bathroom was excellent, and the bed was very comfy. It was in an absolutely perfect location close to the Guggenheim museum. The staff were all attentive and knowledgeable.

Modest rooms complete with private bathroom and comfortable beds and hairdryer, caring and very very helpful staff. The property's location is magnificent and absolutely perfect, just off the centre of town as well as old town & river walk.

No reason to complain, I had a fairly nice stay and would stay here again. Twin room was new-fashioned with very comfy bed. The location was particularly good as it was not far from a train station. There was a good choice of cafés and bars nearby.

I booked it many times and recommend it. The place was beautifully designed and had caring staff on shift. The rooms were recently refurbished, huge, and reasonably priced.

Great spot near the old town, right in the middle of the pedestrian zone. Just a 15-minute stroll away from a cool modern art museum. The building and rooms have had a nice remodel, plus the beds are huge and super cozy. Awesome facilities to top it all off! 🌟

When I arrived, I got a room with a refrigerator, and I really enjoyed having that convenience; the location was perfect, just a short distance from the city center.

We stayed for one night on our way to Logrono. The night receptionist was incredibly helpful and explained everything perfectly. The premises were very clean and the room was comfortable with all the facilities you can expect. The location couldn't be better, near the bus stop from the airport and the train station for our next day early trip. Great value for money.

The twin room I booked was modest and equipped with central heating, an electronic key card, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.

The service was very good in my opinion. The superior queen room I got was complete with heating, hairdryer plus huge comfy beds. The hotel's location was very central, close to the shopping place.

We stayed at a fantastic hotel in the heart of the city. the triple room was spacious and had two double beds and one single bed, providing plenty of space for three people. Although the room was basic, it was functional and had comfortable beds and a great shower. the location was ideal, allowing us to easily explore both the old town and the new area on foot. We felt completely safe in the area and found it convenient for sightseeing. Cons: Absolutely nothing! 😊.
